OEM and ODM office furniture, made to your label
Two ways to work with us: send a finished spec and we build it under your brand (OEM), or come with a market, a budget and a room to fill and we develop the product around it (ODM). Both run on the same audited lines across our two bases.
OEM — your spec, our line
If you already know what you want, OEM is the direct path. You send drawings, a golden sample or a detailed spec; we match the mechanism, fabric and finish, confirm it on a sample, then produce it under your brand. It is usually fastest because we are matching a known target rather than inventing one.
ODM — your project, our development
ODM suits buyers who know their channel and price point — and often a floor to fill — but not the exact product. We bring our own mechanisms, moulds, panel tooling and fabric library and develop the chair or the workstation system around your number and your plan. The trade-off is time: development and a sampling round add weeks. For a one-off small run we will tell you up front whether it is worth it.

From brief to container, in four steps
No step is skipped — least of all the sample. A confirmed physical sample, or an approved layout drawing, is the cheapest insurance against a wrong container.
Brief & feasibility
You send a spec, a sample, a target price or a floor plan. We tell you honestly whether to start from something we already tool (fast) or develop new (slower).
Sample & layout
We build a sample to confirm fit, fabric and mechanism — or draw the system layout to your floor dimensions. Nothing tools until you approve it.
Testing & compliance
We bench-test to BIFMA / EN standards and arrange the third-party reports your destination market needs.
Production & shipping
We run the order across our bases, pack for the ocean leg, and ship FCL with your label, manuals and carton artwork.
The parts that carry your brand
Branding & packaging
Logo, colourway, printed manuals, master-carton artwork and barcodes to your spec.
Build & layout
Mechanism, foam density, fabric or leather grade, base and gas-lift class — and the floor layout for systems.
Compliance
Testing scoped to your destination; third-party reports arranged per programme.
Send your spec or floor plan — we'll tell you the real lead time
The more specific you are, the more useful our first reply. Models, quantities, market, a floor plan if it is a system, and whether you need OEM or ODM gets you a straight answer fast.
